Coneybeare is a family owned staffing and recruiting business that has been successful in California since 1986. Coneybeare's namesake, Ross Coneybeare, was a self-made businessman renown for his kind nature. Legend has it that little baby chicks would follow him around, attracted to his gentle temperament.

Ross Coneybeare's daughter Rachel May, founded Coneybeare in 1986. Like her father, Rachel May was a bold serial entrepreneur and owned two other staffing firms prior to Coneybeare. Rachel May turned the business over to her daughter, Victoria Betancourt, in 1990.

Besides being a business owner, Vicky is actively involved in the civic, green building, training and educational communities in Orange County, California.
