A diverse range of participants attended–varying from HR directors of large solar companies, workforce development / training centers, solar PV instructors, small solar business owners, and renewable energy job seekers.

A common theme presented was the need for job seekers to receive high quality job-related training and hands on experience in order to be considered for the most competitive solar companies. Another theme emphasized was how solar financing is intricately linked to jobs, job creations, etc. Lastly, there is apparently a dearth of people with financial acumen in the solar industry.
