Industry focusManufacturing
The machinists, welders, and skilled shop-floor talent who keep production running.
The Work We KnowBuilt on decades of placing people into the work that keeps things running.
Manufacturing is our roots. Coneybeare Workforce Solutions has been placing people into machine shops, fabrication floors, and precision manufacturing operations for more than forty years — long enough to know that a good CNC programmer isn't always the one with the tidiest resume, and that the right fabricator is usually one you find through a relationship, not a job posting.
We get the work because we know the work. When a hiring manager tells us they need a lathe operator who can hold a tenth, we know what they're asking for. That shorthand matters.
Sectors We ServeWhere this work lives.
-

Aerospace & Defense
Aerospace and defense manufacturing has its own set of rules — tight tolerances, strict documentation, rigorous quality systems. We place machinists, assemblers, and inspectors who already know how to work within them.
-

Precision Manufacturing
Machine shops and in-house manufacturing operations running CNC, mill, lathe, and EDM work to tight specs. This is the deepest part of our bench — machinists, programmers, and setup hands who can walk in and run the floor.
-

Fabrication
Metal fabrication, welding, stamping, and sheet metal work. Welders across every process, fabricators who can read a print, and the quality inspectors who keep the work honest.
-

Electronics & Semiconductors
Electronics and semiconductor manufacturing environments that rely on skilled teams, steady processes, and technical precision. We support everything from cleanroom production and inspection to testing, assembly, and technician-level roles across fast-paced manufacturing operations.
-

Medical Devices
Regulated manufacturing producing medical devices and components. Different documentation rhythm, different inspection expectations — we place people who've worked in it before.
-

Automation Equipment
Automation equipment and systems built for manufacturing, production, and industrial environments. We work with companies that need people who can support the build, installation, programming, and troubleshooting work that keeps projects moving and equipment running.
How We WorkThe work happens before the resume hits your inbox.
We’re called a workforce solutions company for a reason. We do the work on the front end —sitting down with your hiring managers, understanding the shop, the shift, the equipment, and what excellence looks like on your floor before we open our database.
That database, built up over four decades, is the other half of how we work. A lot of the talent we place doesn’t come from a job board. It comes from recruiters who’ve known these people for years, through previous placements and the referral network that follows.
